Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain advanced web applications using MVC Frameworks i.e. CodeIgniter / Laravel framework.
Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of web projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and skill development.
Stay up-to-date with new trends and best practices in web development and Laravel.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in CodeIgniter/Laravel.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js is a plus).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, version control tools (like Git), and writing unit tests.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience working in an outsourcing or offshoring environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
